School Leadership

At Chester Elementary School, we believe that education is more than what happens within the walls of a classroom. It is the spark that shapes who we are and who we can become. Every day, we work to create a school where children feel known, valued, and inspired to take on new challenges with confidence and curiosity.

Our vision is simple but powerful: when students feel they belong, they engage, and when they engage, they achieve. Belonging sits at the heart of everything we do. It shows up in the smiles that greet each child at the door, the kindness shown between classmates, and the partnerships we build with families and the wider community. Together, we are creating a place where learning feels joyful and purposeful, where every child’s unique strengths are recognized and celebrated.

We are deeply committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and character. Through our “Character Counts” program, we teach and live out values like kindness, respect, and responsibility, not as lessons from a book, but as habits of the heart. We want our students to know that what they learn matters and that who they become matters even more.

Our teachers work tirelessly to design meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that connect knowledge to the real world. We hold high expectations for every learner while providing the support and encouragement they need to meet them. At Chester Elementary, growth is not about perfection; it is about perseverance, discovery, and the joy that comes from doing something you once thought you could not.

This is our vision for Chester Elementary: a school where every child feels they belong, every family knows they are valued, and every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and shine.

With pride and gratitude,
